Additional Fees

All orders have a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $5. Special order shoes will incur an additional $5 shipping fee. There are no other fees incurred.

Exchanges & Returns Policy

Items before shipping: You can cancel your order by contacting us via the contact page or email.
Items after shipping: Unopened items can be returned for a refund if customer care is contacted within three days of the arrival of the item. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items after opening. We accept exchanges for the same item of a different size.

Returns and exchanges for defective goods and services.
Please contact customer care. We will refund or exchange with new products at our shipping cost.

Delivery Times

Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days.
Products should be received within *5 days and are available as soon as you place your order. Items marked as "Special order" items may take up to four (4) weeks for delivery. Please confirm before purchasing.

Payment Period

Credit card payments are processed as soon as the order is marked as fulfilled, unless it is a special order item. Payments for orders that include special order items are processed within 7 days or purchase.
