We are an authorized reseller of Zumba Wear in Singapore starting in 2024. It is our goal to help make more Zumba Wear available in Singapore. 

  1. Where do you ship?
    We only ship to addresses within Singapore.

  2. Why don't you have all items?
    We are only able to offer a select amount of items. We aim to offer more styles and sizes in the future.

  3. Do you accept returns?
    No. We do not accept returns, however, defective items may be exchanged and must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  4. Do you accept size exchanges?
    If we have your desired size in stock, we will honor exchanges within 3 business days.

  5. Do you accept special orders?
    We will do our best to consider special order requests for out-of-stock items or sizes. Click here to learn more.

  6. I am a ZIN Member. Do I get a discount?
    If you are a ZIN Member registered in Singapore, you are eligible to receive a discount code. You must first make an account and enter your ZIN ID number. Visit this page for more information.

  7. I forgot to enter my discount code, can you apply it after the order is confirmed? Or, can I get a refund?
    Unfortunately, no. Please be careful when placing your order and confirm that all information is correct. 

  8. Can I cancel my order?
    An order can be canceled within 30 minutes of original order placement. After 30 minutes, the order cannot be canceled. Please check your shopping cart before confirming your order.

  9. How can I contact you? 
    The best method is through Instagram. Please be sure to include your name and order number when contacting.
